When leaving there A48 in Carmarthen take the second exit onto the A40, at the next roundabout take the at the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A477, after 12 miles take the second exit onto the next roundabout onto the A477, at the roundabout take the first exit onto B4318, after half a mile turn right, after 1.8 miles turn left onto The Ridgeway, after half a mile turn right, after one mile you will see a driveway to a blue house on your right, this is Haylands House.
