Welcome to Hackney!

Hackney is a by-word for cool in London these days, and the flat is right in the heart of the action. Locals flock to the world-class restaurants all week long, and you won’t need to walk far to find achingly stylish coffee shops or eclectic bars. Hackney is also fiercely independent, with shops, cinemas and pubs lining the streets.

Hackney was formerly one of London’s industrial epicentres, and is still (relatively) cheap compared to tourist favorites such as Kensington in west London. You can find a bargain at one of the many markets, or have a cheap day out exploring the street art and variety of local parks.

The apartment is well located within Hackney. Parks such as London Fields and Hackney Downs are just a short walk away, and there’s a variety of bars and cafes on the streets near Hackney Central Station. Use Hackney Downs or Hackney Central Station - or the bus - for transport into central London in just 20 minutes.

We do have good heating in the apartment. Please feel free to ask if you have any concern

This apartment is located in Hackney, a neighborhood in London. The British Museum and O2 Arena are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Oxford Street and Covent Garden Market. London Eye and Natural History Museum are not to be missed.
