Summary:
Our lovely 3 double bedroomed spacious home is located in a quiet street, very close to Bicester Town Centre and is also within walking distance to Bicester Village Shopping. There are a whole host of shops, restaurants, and other amenities all a short walk away. The comfortable home has three spacious bedrooms, with a total of four beds and sleeps up to six people. There is a large kitchen-diner and very large living room, both of which are great social spaces to relax in together.

The Space:
Living Room

Our spacious living room has plenty of space and seating to relax in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire. You can even show off your keyboard skills on the electric piano.



Kitchen/Diner

Our spacious kitchen-diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table comfortably seats six people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible. There is; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils.



W/C

On the ground floor there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.



Bedroom 1 & 2

Bedroom 1 & 2 both have king size double beds, and each room has a decent sized built-in wardrobe to hang and store your clothes in. There is a dressing table/desk in both rooms as well as plenty of plug sockets for your electronics. One room has an outlook over the back garden and the other over the front.



Family Bathroom

The house boasts a modern bathroom, which has a large shower, toilet, and sink. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.



Bedroom 3

The third bedroom has two single beds, a hanging rail, and a dressing table/desk. The window overlooks the back garden



Outdoor Area

The outdoor patio area and garden is a great place to enjoy when the weather is nice. The area can be accessed through a door in the kitchen and through the patio doors in the living room. There is also a gate which leads out to the parking spaces. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.



Parking

There are at least three off-street parking spaces at the front and side of the house which are situated on the long drive. On-street parking is also available close to the house for any additional vehicles.



Location and Local Amenities

The house is located close to Bicester Town centre, which means it has great access to local shopping, restaurants and attractions. In a about a ten-minute walk, you can be shopping in designer outlet Bicester Village. Also, Garth Park is very close by, with nice walks and a children’s play park. The town also has a cinema, ten pin bowling, leisure centre and an indoor trampoline park for the active ones.



Located in Bicester, the house has fantastic links to the amenities in the town and beyond. Bicester North train station goes from London, through to Birmingham and links to the North. Bicester Village train station takes you to London and Oxford and you are only a 50-minute train ride away from London city centre. Local bus routes are also easily accessible. And the M40 is only about 3 miles away.



There are many attractions in the area which are well worth a visit. Blenheim Palace is a 20-minute drive from the house and makes a great day out with all of the history, architecture and culture to explore. The house isn’t far from the Cotswolds and Silverstone racing track. Head to the National Trust website to discover all of the nearby properties in the area that also make a great day out.



If you’re a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food outlets in the local area. As well as an array of local pubs, coffee houses and fast-food outlets that are within walking distance, you can also choose from plenty of different cuisines including; Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Thai, Indian and more.

This vacation home is located in Bicester. Blenheim Palace and Rousham House and Gardens are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cotswolds and River Cherwell.
