A contemporary bathroom has a good-sized walk in shower, and bed linen plus regular towels (pack your beach towels) are provided.
Parking is on street and permits can be provided at £2 per day, although there are some free-of-charge street parking areas within a short walk.
The apartment has a fantastic location, with Eastbourne's shops, bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk in one direction, and the seafront and theatres a similar distance the opposite way. The world-renowned Devonshire Park Tennis Centre is also on your doorstep - home to the pre-Wimbledon international championships.

Located in Eastbourne, this apartment is in a rural area and by the sea.
