This duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout and combines style and comfort perfectly.
Entering on the ground floor you a feature tiled floor leading you through to a modern kitchen/dinning room complete with dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet guests needs. The grand opulent living room with double height ceilings, stripped and polished hardwood flooring has been elegantly styled and features full height french doors flooding the room with light and offering stunning views out over the English channel. The French doors give you access to the terraced garden and is the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.
A turning staircase gives you access to a family bathroom with separate shower and comes supplied with shampoo's, conditioner and body wash. There are two large double bedrooms with the master featuring a king sized four poster bed and marble fireplace. This Grand bedroom boasts full height French doors leading out to a balcony and the stunning sea views. All Linens and towels are provide for guests during their stay and I am on hand should any guest require any assistance.
Located in St Leonards-On-Sea, this apartment is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Filsham Reedbed Nature Reserve and Summerfields Woods, while White Rock Theatre and Hastings Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights. BattleZone Live and Clambers are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
