Built in 2015, this stunning and spacious luxury four-bedroom family home offers the perfect base to relax and unwind in the exclusive Kingarve area of Dungannon. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, yet only a few minutes’ drive to the bustling town centre of Dungannon and the M1 motorway, The Homeplace is an ideal option for exploring Northern Ireland. The Homeplace can comfortably accommodate eight guests with an additional two foldaway beds available on request. We welcome children and have a two cots and two highchairs available on request also. The Homeplace is perfect for multigenerational families/groups and with the spacious double garage and outdoor areas, it is ideal for cyclists, walkers, motor cyclists, explorers, business visitors and anglers. There is disabled access via the rear of the property and double door entrances at the front and side. All light switches, corridors and doorways are accessible for wheelchair users. The Homeplace offers generous, free, tarmacked parking for guests. On arrival at The Homeplace you will enter a spacious hallway with a piano and a large cloakroom. In the cloakroom you will find a variety of musical instruments, board games and novels to help you unwind after a long day of exploring the beauty of Northern Ireland. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven electric stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. You will also find you have all the crockery and utensils you will need to practise your culinary skills. A large country style oak table is placed in the kitchen, comfortably seating eight guests. There are an additional three seats available at the kitchen island. Through the double doors from the kitchen you will be presented with a beautiful sun lounge. Double glazed windows encompass a large seating area, comfortably seating ten people. A spectacular stone fireplace with a multi fuel stove ensures the house is cosy and homely for you to spend quality time with your companions. The sun lounge is equipped with a large pull-down home cinema screen.

Located in Dungannon, this vacation home is in a rural area. Hill of The O’Neill and Ranfurly House Arts and Visitor Centre and Donaghmore High Cross are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Armagh Ancestry and Armagh Observatory.
