Very cosy apartment. Well Court was comprehensively refurbished 5 years ago in a contract including reroofing, new windows, courtyard refurbishment etc,. This was partially funded by a grant from Edinburgh Heritage as Well Court is a Grade Listed Building and Heritage Site. The flat is on the 4th floor of the entrance building and accessed through a impressive archway into the courtyard. An immediate turn right and a climb of 69 steps takes you up to No.17.

The bedroom features a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed that is fitted with high hotel quality linen and has a wardrobe offering storage. Both a hand and bath towel is provided for each guest.

This elegant and unique flat also offers a kitchen fully equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils that you would need to make the perfect home made meal!

Last but not least, the bathroom has a bathtub for indulgent soaks as well as a shower for a relaxing time to kick off your day or end it in a peaceful atmosphere.

* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.

* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included
