Oak Tree View is a wonderful lodge which rests in Nantmel, Wales and can sleep up to six people in one bedroom.

One mezzanine double bedroom and shower room. There is also an open-plan living space with two pull out beds, along with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with electric fire. The heating is gas and the kitchen houses a gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge. For entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. To the outside is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with hot tub. Shop and pub 4.8 miles. Please be aware that access to the mezzanine bedroom is via a ladder, please consider this when booking. Oak Tree View is a wonderful escape amidst the Welsh countryside, whatever time of year.

Town: You will find the small market town of Rhayader in the county of Powys, Wales. Within the town, you will find a selection of tea rooms, pubs, restaurants, amenities and unique little boutiques, as well as a leisure centre with a large swimming pool and a weekly livestock market. Attractions within the surrounding area, include The Red Kite Feeding Station, cycling within the Elan Valley, a number of nature reserves and the town of Builth Wells, where the Spring Festival, Royal Welsh Agricultural Show and Winter Fair are all held annually.

Located in Llandrindod Wells, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Llandrindod Golf Club and Builth Wells Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Gilfach Nature Reserve and Elan Valley. Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like cycling and hiking/biking trails.
