Llanrhidian is just 1 mile away and is home to a welcoming pub whilst Penclawdd (3 miles) has a range of amenities including independent shops and eateries. The property is located just off Welshmoor Common (300 metres), which is rich in its historical associations, a site of Special Scientific Interest and home to the decorative breed of Jacob sheep. The main house has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a truly perfect home for multi-generational families. The hub of the home is the spacious, fully fitted kitchen which is complemented by a larder complete with a wine fridge, ample storage for food items and an American-style fridge/freezer. Off the hallway, you will find a convenient downstairs WC. Moving on, next is the stylish open-plan lounge/diner with large sofas, a Smart TV and a comfortable dining area. Follow onto the larger, more formal lounge where you can enjoy each other’s company – the room is complete with soft seating, a Smart TV and views across the fields. From the main lounge, you can access the lower ground floor to three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and a bathroom. Heading to the first floor, there are further three bedrooms to choose from. The main bedroom has a Smart TV, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with double basins. The two further bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. Furthermore, you also have access to the annexe, which comes complete with a fully fitted kitchen, a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV, and three bedrooms. All rooms share a bathroom within the annexe.

From the main house, there are patio doors leading out to the large patio area and extensive lawned grounds. The garden area boasts a wooden structure housing an entertaining space with an indoor BBQ/firepit. There are ample seating options for both dining and relaxing with family and friends. There is a delightful babbling brook running alongside the lawn.
