This magnificent detached Highland lodge Aurae, occupies a private setting in gated premises, which can only be accessed with a code allowing for complete privacy and security. The lodge has lovely open views across fields and farmland looking over the Moray Firth to the Black Isle and beyond. The garden area near Inverness is a wonderfully relaxing area with a fabulous hot tub and unusual 6-person barrel sauna, which is housed in a lit benched area with table for you to sit and enjoy the views while hopping in between the spa facilities. The garden area has been tastefully landscaped and is very much in fitting with the settings, it attracts a wealth of wildlife for you to watch. The lodge sleeps 8, car parking is free with the capacity to hold 4 cars at each lodge.
A private road in the heart of the Scottish Highlands leads up to Blue Sky Lodges, set in idyllic countryside near the hamlet of Galcantray, Aurae Lodge and neighbouring Atlas Lodge are just a twenty minute drive from Inverness Airport and three miles from the pretty village of Cawdor.
Finished to a high standard – it has a fully equipped kitchen and under floor heating.

Large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen with breakfast bar. Fridge-freezer, 2 fridges, wine cooler, induction hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining table for 8. 16 sets of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
5 T.V’s with 50” in living area, DVD, PS3, selection of games, DVD’s, books and board games.
Surround sound inside and outside the property, allows you to listen to the radio or plug in your phone it can be controlled in all rooms and outside on the decking.
2 master bedrooms, downstairs – king-sized bed; both with en-suite one with walk in wet-room allowing for wheel chair access.
2 further bedrooms upstairs, 1 twin beds (can be made into double) and 1 king-size bed, shared family bathroom with shower and bath.
Toilet at back of lodge with drying room.
Radiators in both upstairs bedrooms and heated towel rail in each bathroom.
Hairdryer in each bedroom.
Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, drying rack, ironing board with iron.
Travel cot, high chair and stair gates are available on request at no extra cost and the bedrooms are spacious enough to allow for an extra travel cot or toddlers bed if you want to bring your own.
Linen, towels, robes, slippers, tea towels, cloths and scrubber provided.

Located in Nairn, this lodge is in a rural area and near the beach. Nairn Museum and Inverness Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Culloden Battlefield and Castle Stuart. Traveling with kids? Consider Iolaire and Inverness Botanic Gardens. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
