Swimming pool and weekly cattle market are an additional perk of the leisure centre. You can't miss the Red Kite Feeding Station, which is located just outside town. To begin with, Rhayader is located in the Elan Valley and Claerwen Valley, where the Elan and Claerwen Valley dams and reservoirs can be found. The Elan Valley has a visitor centre with a café and a children's play area, as well as a number of walking and cycling trails (cycles may be rented in Rhayader).
Located in Llandrindod Wells, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Gilfach Nature Reserve and Elan Valley, while Rhayader Museum and Gallery and Radnorshire Museum are cultural highlights. Gigrin Farm Red Kite Feeding Centre and Royal Welsh Showground are also worth visiting.
