The living areas consist of a kitchen equipped with electric range cooker, microwave, combi microwave/oven/grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, two dining rooms, a sitting room with open fire and a bar with open fire and billiards table. The bedrooms consist of nine super-king-size (zip/link) bedrooms with en-suites, two four poster king-sizes with en-suites, and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear, lawned garden with patio, furniture, and shared hot tub and swimming pool, as well as off-road parking for ten cars. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and 1.2 miles a pub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for open fire, bed linen and towels are all included. Region: Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Town: Close to Ross-on-Wye and The Forest of Dean, this mediaeval village in Herefordshire features two excellent pubs and a well-stocked general store. The community is ideally located for a variety of hikes and bike excursions, with the Herefordshire Trail and the Wye Valley Walk both being easily accessible. There are several Tudor timbered houses in Ross-on-Wye, as well as a 17th-century market hall, unique shops, and bars and restaurants. You can also take a stroll along the River Wye, go on a tranquil river cruise, or take in the scenery from a hot-air balloon. Close by is England's largest oak woodland, the Royal Forest of Dean, where you can go on beautiful walks, bike rides, abseils, and canoe trips. Hereford, with its interesting Mappa Mundi world map and chained library, Hay-on-Wye, known as "the town of books," Ledbury, with its many food and drink festivals, and the majestic Black Mountains and picturesque Brecon Beacons National Park are all easily accessible.

Located in Ross-on-Wye, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Wilton Castle and Old House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Forest of Dean Adventure Ropes and Westons Cider Mills. Symonds Yat West Leisure Park and Oldfield Forge are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with rock climbing, hiking, and cycling nearby.
