The front door opens into the double height sitting room, with plenty of seating for your whole party, a dining table situated in front of the double patio doors so that you can enjoy your view as you eat and a wall mounted TV. Please note that one of the sofas is a sofa bed.

The kitchen is cleverly recessed and boasts a full array of amenities, allowing for full self catering.

The downstairs bathroom is modern with a full bath and shower head over the bath.

The downstairs bedroom is a twin with a dressing table, wardrobe and seating area.

The beautifully bespoke crafted staircase takes you up to the master suite. Here you will find a triple aspect, light flooded bedroom in the eaves, storage for your belongings and a modern en suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Located off the main road, this is a tranquil space. The barn itself backs on to a private garden and open fields where you can sit and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or a G&T, inside or out.

Guest access

The barn itself is your private space during your stay. The owner lives on site in the farm house should you require assistance with anything. There is a footpath through the property fields that can take you off on an adventure!

This vacation home is located in Carterton. Tolsey Museum and Aston Pottery & Trading Company are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Crocodiles of the World and Cotswold Wildlife Park. Millets Falconry Centre and Dragonfly Maze are also worth visiting.
