The studio is situated at the end of a quiet leafy cul-de-sac within easy reach of Cobham high street, and just 5 mins from M25, close to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, 20 mins from Guildford and London 40 mins by train.

- Kitchenette comprising of: sink, fridge, a hob plate and pan set, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils, glasses, mugs, oil, salt and pepper, cereals, selection of teas, sugar, coffee, hot chocolate and milk sachets.
- Top 5* hotel quality mattress. Linen, towels and a selection of hard and soft pillows.

- Private driveway with own parking space (for one car only) right outside your own front door - please park on the far right on the driveway.
- Space to leave bikes behind a locked gate and your private outdoor space.
- Local High Street: we are a short drive (or 25min walk) to Cobham High St where you will find The Ivy, Coppa Club, Gail’s, Grapelli, 63rd+1st, Fegos, Juice Smith, Pizza Express, several cafes, Gastro pubs, boutique shopping and more.
- The Area: a short drive to the famous RHS Wisley Gardens, several National Trust properties and grounds, Paddle Boarding, boat hire, extensive cycling area including Box Hill, Hampton Court, Wimbledon, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Painshill Park and much more.

The neighbourhood:

A peaceful area in between Cobham and Oxshott - both high streets are 5 mins by car or a 30 min walk.

Restaurants in Cobham: The Ivy Cafe, Fegos, Juice Smith, Pizza Express, Gail’s bakery, coppa club, a lots of great gastro pubs like the Old Plough, The Plough Inn, The Cricketers, Black swan. Cobham High St has numerous coffee shops, retail outlets, Waitrose and more.

Getting Around:
- Walks: Great walks into Oxshott woodland virtually next door to the property.
- Airports: 25 min drive to Heathrow, 35 to Gatwick, 1hr30 to London City or Luton.
- Taxis: Uber operates in the area.
- Trains: 5 min drive to either Oxshott or Cobham and Stoke D’Abernon train station which take you into London in 35 mins.

- No interaction with the hosts is required.

House Rules:
- Smoking is allowed outside in your own patio area.
- Well trained dogs allowed if they won’t cause damage please. We no longer allow puppies unfortunately because of this, sorry.
