A spacious yet cosy eco converted dairy barn, situated within a vineyard., Whitland

Pembrokeshire Coast. Sleeps up to 7

The Barn at Hebron vineyard is a converted dairy barn with enough space to accommodate 2-7 people, self-catering. There are 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a comfortable click clack sofa bed. The barn has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. It has a spacious yet cosy feel, and enjoys all mod cons, with 2 wood burning stoves which fire all the heating and hot water and is powered by solar pv and thermal when the sun comes out! It has its own perfect tasting spring water and is situated perfectly for exploring the Pembrokeshire, Ceridigion and Carmarthenshire coastline.

We have planted an organic, low intervention vineyard here in West Wales with the ambition of helping to put Wales on the wine-making map. Wine is available to buy directly from the hosts. Guests can enjoy much of the gardens and are welcome to walk through both vineyards within the 13 acre smallholding. Within the gardens there are tree swings, climbing apparatus, dens, streams and ponds for children and adults. There is an outdoor patio area behind the barn for barbeques and fires and a portable bbq/firepit hanging in the porch of the barn.
The accommodation is ideally situated to explore all of the magnificent coastline in West Wales, packed with secret coves, beaches and walks. Including the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, which is a designated National Trail in Pembrokeshire, southwest Wales. It was established in 1970, and is 186 miles long.
The barn is located within the foothills of the breath taking Preseli Hills with many outstanding walks to enjoy, again, mostly within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. There are many attractions to suit all tastes within a very short drive, from puffin and dolphin watching to fun and theme parks, zoos, artisan cheese makers, gin distillery, wake parks and much more.
Our cottage is adjacent to the barn so we are on hand in case we are needed. We respect the need for mutual privacy but we are available to help in any way that we can and are happy to share local knowledge to enrich the stay of visitors to the area.
Other points to note
We provide initial wood for the log burning stoves and further logs can be purchased at additional cost (£3 per trug). Mobile reception is sketchy in the barn due to the very rural location but there is Wi-Fi so calls are possible from smartphones with wifi calling. Otherwise the are a few steps outside where reception is possible.

Located in Whitland, this cottage is in a rural area and near theme parks. Pentre Ifan Dolmen and Cardigan Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Holgan Farm Fishery and Moorland Cottage Plants. Traveling with kids? Consider Welsh Wildlife Centre and National Coracle Centre. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
