Overlooking the River Lym, Homestead is a wooden cabin built in 1915 and recently refurbished to a high standard. This cosy and comfortable home, retaining much of its original charm, provides a perfect base for holidays in Lyme Regis. Footpaths along the tranquil River Lym provide an attractive and easy walk to the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants, or, heading upstream, walking routes in the beautiful surrounding countryside including the Wessex Ridgeway long distance route. The living room is cosy and comfortable, with a wood-burning stove. There is a sun room at the front of the property providing a lovely spot for relaxing, looking at the river, and watching the world go by. Off-road parking for a medium sized car is available on the property's driveway. Please note the access is awkward. Larger vehicles can be parked nearby. Parents of young children should note the terraced garden and proximity of the river. Monday or Friday changeover.
