The Entertainment and Activity offering changes throughout the year depending upon season. All other facilities available weekends and main school holidays (outside of these periods the opening times may vary). *Charges apply.

Please note the Park will not accept any parties (including couples) unless at least one person is over 21 years of age. If you fall into this category please telephone before making a booking as this may incur a security deposit of £100 per person. No stag or hen parties or work parties are permitted.
Group Bookings/Party Types

If you are a single sex party or group booking please telephone us to check availability. Unfortunately we do not allow stag/hen or work parties as we are a family orientated park.


Arrival Information

Commercial vehicles are not accepted on park, this applies to all vans, large transits, flat bed vans, lorries. camper vans and anything which is sign written.

A telephone number and email address is required on ALL bookings as the park are operating a contactless check-in procedure so need to be able to contact customers in advance.


Facilities

There will be a ticket only event on New Year’s Eve, prices TBC.

Pushchairs - Due to fire regulations these are not permitted in the clubhouse. There are limited baby carrier seats available at the club reception, these are 50p per night and there is a £10 deposit if you are not leaving a pushchair in exchange.
Christmas Day Lunch is available with prices starting from £42.75 per adult and £21.35 per child.
There will be a New Year’s Party on New Year’s Eve which will include live entertainment and party bar drinks included, the price per ticket is £44.95 per adult and £20.00 per child & infant. These can be booked direct with the park once your booking has been confirmed.
There will be no day/evening activities or entertainment on the Monday 4 night breaks on 4th and 11th December 2017.

From the A27 Chichester Bypass, turn onto the B2145 to Selsey (8 miles). Once in Selsey, turn right into School Lane, Right into Paddock lane, first left into Warners lane, reception is on your right.
In line with government guidance and to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay the swimming pool and leisure facilities are likely to be closed during your stay. The other facilities will be open with social distancing rules in place.
From Monday 2nd November – Thursday 17th December we will have reduced facilities on the 4 night Monday – Friday breaks, what we will have open is as follows:

Fish and chip shop evenings after 5pm
All other facilities and entertainment will not be available on the Monday to Friday breaks.
As from the 09th November we will only have the competition pool open in the oasis as we are refurbishing the oasis leisure complex this will be on all breaks until the end of the season.
Please note mid-week entertainment will not be offered during the day or in the evening throughout November. However, entertainment will be available at the weekends, and the park are offering some great entertainment for the weekends: November: 06th Nov Stylistics, 13th Nov Odyssey, 20th Nov The Fizz
Christmas themed breaks will commence from the 26th November 2021. Midweeks and weekend breaks will have a selection of the following entertainment and activities: Panto, Christmas spectacular show Santa’s grotto and ice rink.
There is no entertainment during the week for the month of November (it is only during the weekend). This is until the school holidays start (16th December), when midweek entertainment will commence.
-White horse complex will be closed on Mid-week breaks (Monday - Thursday) from 31st Oct 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th November.

The year we have made some changes. The price will include 6 drinks vouchers of your choice for any single measure, any draught pint or soft drink, any single spirit with mixer, all non-alcoholic drinks, wine, prosecco and much more. Kids get to choose from soft drinks, popcorn, and lots of other snacks.

The Egg-cellent Easter Hunt
Sandy is egg-static! It’s the Seal Bay Easter Egg Hunt and he has collected LOADS of Easter eggs! He is sure that he is going to win the grand prize… until someone else gets involved in the race, proving tough competition for Sandy.

Dino Mania - Tuesday 4th April
