The central heating is powered by oil central heating and there is underfloor heating, which is included in the rental price along with bed linen, towel and power. Apologies but this property does not allow pets or children under the ages of five. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a pub and shop within 0.1 miles.
