The property consists of a residential kitchen equipped with two electric ovens and hobs, two fridge/freezers and two dishwashers, a commercial kitchen, a living/dining room with dining seating for at least twenty-one guests, Smart TV and dual aspect woodburning stove, a sitting room and a games room with a pool table, roulette table and air hockey. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link), with en-suite shower room, three super-king-size (zip/link) with balcony and en-suite shower room, a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom, a super-king size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room and a family room with two super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room, along with a dressing room, first-floor cloakroom and three cloakrooms. Outside there is a communal outdoor space with picnic benches, as well as ample off-road parking. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.7 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles a river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the price. The Lloyd George is a magnificent base for a group escape to Gwynedd.

Town: Bontnewydd is a village sitting just outside of Caernarfon in North Wales, it sits at the confluence of the Rivers Beuno and Gwyrfair. The village offers a couple of shops, a fish and chip shop and a friendly pub serving food. The royal town of Caernarfon is just two miles away, dominated by a stunning castle, a wealth of charming buildings and many amenities. As well as miles of idyllic coastline at your doorstep, the renowned Snowdonia National Park is also within easy reach, boasting dominating mountains with breath-taking walking and cycling country to explore, as well as activities such as Bounce Below and Zip World for the thrill-seekers. The picturesque village of Llanberis is easy to reach and offers much to the visitor including the National Slate Museum, Llanberis Lake Railway, Castell Dolbadarn and more.
