- Please take shoes off, to minimise the sand being brought in (and it's an upstairs apartment so it can be loud for downstairs if you walk around with shoes on).
- No loud music (or loud noise) after 10pm and before 7am.

You'll find fun for the whole family from museums to Dreamland heritage theme parks through to art galleries galore including the Turner Contemporary.

If your a foodie then you will love discovering the many restaurants and bars each town has to offer, dining opposite Margate's golden main sands or Broadstairs beautiful Viking Bay or eating overlooking Ramsgate's Royal harbour there's always something tempting to choose from.
A quiet, classy, relaxing, apartment on Sea View Terrace with elegant décor and stunning sea views from the huge bay window. It's been a well-established Airbnb favourite since 2014 and is comfortably furnished with a vintage-modern mix. Quite simply the best beachside apartment in Margate!

Sleeps 4: 2 bedrooms: I with a very comfy double, 1 with bunk beds and all with high quality linen that is always laundered to perfection. A lounge diner with sofa/day bed, armchair and dining space for 6. There's also a high chair and travel cot, children's toys, books, films and internet.

Location:
A stone's throw from a beautiful sandy beach and Strokes adventure golf course. Plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and a few minutes' walk to the fabulous Dreamland vintage theme park that's also fast becoming a popular live music venue. Margate old town and the Turner Gallery are 10- minute walk away along the coast.

Guest access:
There is a private off street parking space, and there's also free on-street parking directly outside the apartment.
The train station is 5 minutes' walk away. There are regular trains to/from London and surround areas of Kent including Canterbury, Whitstable and Broadstairs.
From the apartment you can walk along the promenade and beach straight into Margate old town (10-minute walk). Enjoy the Turner Gallery, quirky shops and other attractions! Dreamland is 5-minute walk away, as are local convenience stores.

Other things to note:
There is internet access and plenty of local information in the apartment as well as toys, beach equipment and a wide selection of books. There is a TV, plenty of DVDs and a Now TV box. Guests are however welcome to stream programmes on their personal laptops/tablets using the WIFI.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Margate Train Station is less than half a mile away.
Local buses run regularly.
There are plenty of taxi services in the area.

Located in Margate, this apartment is on the beach. Margate Tudor House and Shell Grotto are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Dreamland and Bugsy's Tenpin Bowling. Traveling with kids? Consider Broadstairs Leisure and The Pinball Parlour.
