It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor four-poster king-size double, a twin bedroom, a king-size double and a single bedroom. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with shower over, basin and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a sitting/dining room with a woodburning fire and a kitchen. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a shared courtyard area with seating. Eyton Cottage promises a wonderful escape to North Wales.
Amenities: Due to Covid-19, this cottage is fogged prior to each guest's arrival to ensure that hard to reach areas and soft furnishings are sanistised. Gas central heating with woodburning fire. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas AGA, induction hob, washing machine in shared utility, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
