It houses four bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor four-poster king-size double, a twin bedroom, a king-size double and a single bedroom. On the first-floor there is also a bathroom with shower over, basin and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a sitting/dining room with a woodburning fire and a kitchen. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a shared courtyard area with seating. Eyton Cottage promises a wonderful escape to North Wales.

Amenities: Due to Covid-19, this cottage is fogged prior to each guest's arrival to ensure that hard to reach areas and soft furnishings are sanistised. Gas central heating with woodburning fire. Travel cot and highchair on request. Hairdryer in each bedroom. Off-road parking for 3 cars and bike storage. Shared courtyard garden area with lawn and patio. Sorry, strictly no pets and no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles. Note: Low head-height access to single bedroom. Note: Steep staircase with a vertical handrail, not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Stone and wooden flooring throughout so indoor footwear desirable. Note: The property looks out onto a churchyard at the rear. Please note the property has an electric car charger, this is available to guests at a cost of  capped price at time of holiday.
