Welcome to our beautifully presented mid terraced house located on a quiet street in the Eccles area of Manchester.
The house has recently been completely renovated and includes a new kitchen, bathroom, 3 large bedrooms and separate study.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax with new Smart TV’s in all rooms and Alexa in the kitchen.

In the first bedroom, you will find a kingsize bed or 2 single beds (please request your preference when booking)
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth room is a comfortable study with wi fi printer
There is 1 bathroom
The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a small
bath with over shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
For security - there is a camera located at the front of the property overlooking the front door
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10.00am
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (there is a private garden space to the rear for anyone who wishes to smoke)
- The house is located on a private street with families living either side of the house therefore no parties are permitted
- Playing any music must be turned off at 10.30pm in the weekdays and 11.30pm at the weekend
- there is available parking on the street directly
