A very large and spacious 4-5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, self catering holiday lodge overlooking a stunning 114 acre sailing lake. 40 The Landings is the ideal lodge for entertaining family or friends with a huge open plan ground floor Living/Dining & Kitchen area. It has everything you need to cater for all ages making it the perfect retreat in the Cotswold Water Park. Fully furnished and well equipped it can accommodate a party of 8-10 more than comfortably.

Located in Cirencester, this lodge is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Cotswolds and Neigh Bridge Country Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Lakeside Ski & Wake and Combat Splat. Cerney House Gardens and Royal British Legion Remembrance Garden are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
