Garden Cottage is an attached barn conversion set amid the countryside of Powys in Mid Wales. It comes with four en-suite bedrooms which include a king-size, two doubles and a twin, as well as a cloakroom, the property can sleep eight guests. The interior also includes an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking as well as a gravelled seating area with furniture and surrounding grounds. Garden Cottage is a characterful getaway for couples, friends or family to enjoy together.

Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. If additional logs are required this will be at a cost of £5 a basket. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Highchair and cot available. Private lawn, shared gravelled area with furniture and surrounding grounds with ponds. Hot tub. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are 2 fishing ponds on site, children must be supervised. Note: If you are wanting to bring your own horse, please contact the owner for further details. Note: Please bring your own towels for the hot tub. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead due to various farm animals on site. Please note that there are no Electric Vehicle Charging facilities at the property.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.


Town: Kerry is a small village in Powys, close to the Shropshire Hills AONB. It offers a shop and two pubs, as well as coming close to the renowned Kerry Ridgeway walk, it is a great location for walkers and cyclists. Be sure to visit Newtown, Montgomery, Bishop's Castle and Church Stretton nearby.

Located in Newtown, this cottage is in a rural area. Robert Owen Museum and Textile Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include St Mary's Old Parish Church and Dolforwyn Castle. Traveling with kids? Consider Glansevern Hall Gardens and Harry Tuffins Country Park. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling and hiking.
