A warm welcome to Sunflower Cottage, perfect for a solo traveller wanting to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful countryside, or a break for two fishing weekends and short breaks . Previously a farm worker’s home, it has now been tastefully converted into a snug and comfortable holiday cottage which has all modern conveniences whilst preserving the ambience of days gone by. Sunflower Cottage has one bedroom, with twin beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, and an open plan kitchen/diner and lounge with a cosy log burner. Outside is a private walled garden patio complete with garden furniture where you can relax with a wee dram. The Cottage is a short walk from the river Deveron and is less than 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland.
Located in Huntly, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. Duff House and Fyvie Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Forvie National Nature Reserve and Inverboyndie Beach. Dean's of Huntly and Portsoy Ice Cream are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
