There is a washing machine which can be used during your stay. There is broadband fibre Wifi and a secure connection for all your remote meetings, and a beautiful living room where you can relax after a long workday. You will also have a flat-screen 50’’ Smart TV, already set with a guest Netflix account which you can use at your convenience. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request if required.
During your stay:
1. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund.
2. All guests must respect our community guidelines:
No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
No Smoking
No extra guests
3. Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
This apartment is located in Smethwick. National SEA LIFE Centre and LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Hagley Road and Broad Street. Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Spirit of Enterprise are also worth visiting.
