SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and key call outs, so please be careful with them.
A charge will also be applied if guests check in early or check out late without permission or do not place the keys back in the key safe on their departure.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean with fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you have settled in.

- Coffee pods are not provided for the Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine but can be easily purchased from a local store.
- Please use your own login details to access the on-demand apps on the Smart TV.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Just a one minute walk from the Thames with riverside walks in both directions. Botley Road has several shops including Home Bargains, Tuscan Pots, Dunelm, Screwfix, Currys, Hobbycraft and Country Grains.

The historic Oxford city centre is just over a 5 minute walk away and all recommendations can be found below:

Westgate: Brand new complex consisting of 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants, and leisure space including rooftop dining terrace with views across Oxford's iconic skyline, and a five-screen cinema.

Christ Church: Featured in the Harry Potter films.

The Ashmolean Museum: World's first university museum founded in 1683. Terrific views of the Oxford Spires from the Rooftop Restaurant.

Radcliffe Camera/Bodleian Library: One of Oxford’s most iconic sights. The main research library of the University, with over 12 million items and is one of the oldest libraries in Europe! Great views of the exterior can be obtained from St. Mary's Church.

Punting: Popular leisure activity involving hiring a boat and a pole then heading up/down the rivers of Cherwell & Isis.

Oxford Botanic Garden: Founded in 1621 as a physic garden growing plants for medicinal research, it is the oldest botanic garden in Great Britain and one of the oldest scientific gardens in the word.

Music & Events: Enjoy Evensong at Magdalen College, concerts at Holywell Music Rooms and Sheldonian Theatre.

The Perch is a highly recommended historic riverside pub and restaurant (5 min drive). The Punter is a wonderful vegan pub (3 min walk). The Fishes is a fantastic gastropub servicing excellent good with a large garden (5 min drive, 18 min walk). People go mad for Tap Social in Hinksey (4 min drive, 20 min walk).

Oxford city centre and Cowley Road have a plethora of restaurants and bars to choose from including Magdalen Arms, Chester Arms (steak platter), Arbequina, Pierre Victoire, No 1 Ship Street - to mention a few favourites!
