Your stylish, elegant apartment is a really spacious 150 square meters or 1615 square feet in size and is located on the 3rd floor of this superbly refurbished building with very high standard finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has elegant but modern-style parquet flooring throughout with elegant rugs in places. The bright and spacious lounge is open plan to the Dining Area and Kitchen. Air-conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 3-seat sofa and 2 armchairs facing towards the large 4K Smart TV with satellite channels, which can be concealed. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment. The Dining Area, with its elegant round table, has seats for 6 and is positioned between the Lounge and large Kitchen. Ample china, glass and cutlery is provided for your stay.

The well-equipped kitchen has 4-ring electric hob with central extract, 2 ovens, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer/dryer, and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay.

As you step up from the living area, the elegant and spacious Master Bedroom is down a corridor to your left at the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. The corridor has extensive wardrobes. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. It has a second 4K Smart TV.

A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the Master Bedroom or the living area for a 7th guest, on request, and a cot is similarly available, on request.

The ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom has an ultra-modern separate bathtub and rain shower - with the unusual but practical arrangement of walking through the shower area to the bathtub. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Second Bedroom of the apartment is also rear-facing and accessed from the main hallway. As in the other rooms, it has double-glazed windows and also has ample wardrobe space with drawers tucked away inside. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The ensuite bathroom to the Second Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, ample wash-hand basin and toilet.

The Third Bedroom, also accessed off the main hallway, is front-facing and protected from any possible noise by double-glazed windows. The Third Bedroom also has a Queen size bed and ample wardrobe space and drawers. The ensuite bathroom to the Third Bedroom has a spacious walk-in rain shower cubicle, ample wash-hand basin, and toilet.

There is a Guest Bathroom off the hallway inside the apartment, close to the living area. The hallway of the apartment has an entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) that protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. The Location
Mayfair is one of the most exclusive areas of central London with a mix of residential and offices and it's really not hard to see why. Some of the best shops and stores in London are on your doorstep, many of London’s top hotels are close by and the embassies and High Commissions of countless countries are based here. Mayfair is a superbly central spot for getting around the rest of this great city and is bordered to the south by Piccadilly and Green Park, to the West by Hyde Park, to the North by Oxford Street and to the East by Regent Street.

London best known sights, shopping, theatres, art galleries, museums and so much more are in the immediate area. Central London is famous for its parks and Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park (leading to Kensington Gardens) are in easy walking distance.

Hard as its bustling atmosphere now will make it to believe, Mayfair was once just a village outside London and it still retains something of the atmosphere from those earlier days in narrow side streets, elegant squares and some lovely, very individual shops and restaurants. Getting Around:

Green Park and Piccadilly Circus station are close by with Green Park station just 4 minutes from your apartment. This has the Piccadilly Line direct from London Heathrow, Jubilee Line and Victoria Line so you can travel to almost anywhere in central London directly from here. Piccadilly Circus additionally has the Bakerloo Line putting even more of central London on a direct route.

This apartment is located in London City Centre, a neighborhood in London. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hyde Park and Finsbury Park, while The British Museum and Natural History Museum are cultural highlights.
