Guest Access:
We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal.

Birmingham is an expanding, vibrant city, undergoing a major makeover. Wanderlust City is located in the city centre, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, pubs, theatres, cinemas & other entertainment venues. Birmingham has something for everyone, home to many national attractions, including the sealife centre.

Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.

Early check-in prices:
9 AM - 12 PM - £49
1 PM - 1:30 PM - £30
2 PM - 2:30 PM - £20
3 PM - 4 PM - £9

Late check-out prices:
11 AM - £20
11:30 AM – 12 PM - £30
12:30 PM – 1 PM -£40
2 PM - 5 PM - £60
5 PM onwards – Purchase cost of an extra night

***Pets must be declared at the time of booking and approved. There is a pet fee (£35 per pet). Any unclaimed pet is a £50 fee.

-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100
and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.

-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.

-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.

Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
