If you're looking for a holiday with everything on your doorstep then High View is just the place for you. This superbly equipped and tastefully furnished second floor apartment is located above the post office and just across the road from Adnams Cellar and Kitchen. Southwold common is 200 metres away and the beach is a mere 5-minute stroll from your front door.

There's something rather enchanting about taking a few moments to sit and watch the world go by and High View is a people-watching paradise! The lounge/dining room has large windows which flood the room with light and overlook the High Street. This comfortable room with large dining table and deep leather sofas comes with smart TV and DVD player and has been dressed with vibrant paintings and screen prints created by local artists including Serena Hall.

The kitchen, with pretty sage-green cupboards and a splendid feature wall papered with exotic birds, is small but incredibly well-equipped, with appliances including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There's a handy breakfast bar too, making the kitchen a great social space when cooking. From the kitchen there's access to the balcony, which overlooks the Sacred Heart Church, the common and beyond. With a bench and two bucket seats the balcony offers the perfect spot to relax and watch the sun set.

The master bedroom at High View is very spacious and boasts a king size bed and plenty of storage. There's a pretty feature fireplace plus large en suite with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers great flexibility with a 'zip and link' bed that can be set up as a kingsize or two singles.The family bathroom is recently refurbished and offers a touch of luxury with heated floor, large heated towel rail, and a plunge shower and seperate adjustable head shower over the bath.
