Locally, Delamere Forest which covers 2,400 acres, is a mere 10-minute drive, and as Cheshire’s largest area of woodland provides ample activities and events as well as Go Ape, a tree top adventure course. Manley Mere is a 15-minute drive and home to an adventure trail, water park and gardens for yet another fun-filled day out. For those who like walking the famous Sandstone Trail, as featured on Julia Bradbury and Ore Oduba’s Top 100 walks, can also be picked up at Manley Common.
The historic city of Chester offers a wide choice of high street shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars together with many attractions including the famous city walls, The Rows and Chester Cathedral.
