Our comfortable family friendly three bedrooms house is located in the Kidlington village and civil parish in Oxfordshire, between the river Cherwell and the Oxford Canal. The house is excellently; located for Oxford city centre, Blenheim palace, Oxford airport and Kidlington city centre. Oxford city centre is just 5miles from the house and easy transport service available. Bus stops just 2min walk from the house (very good bus frequency to Oxford) or 12min drive from the house. Blenheim palace is also 5min drive and Oxford airport is just 3min drive from the house. Kidlington city centre just 5min walk from the house.

There are whole host of shops and restaurants all within a short walk away. The house is situated in a quiet area overlooking green space. It has three bedrooms and sleeps up to six people. The kitchen-diner is a great place to eat and relax together. There is also a lovely specious living room to fully relax in, after a long day or activity

Easy excess to Oxford city centre by bus or car. Bus stop is just 2min walk from the house and bus frequency is very good. House is located 2 miles from the Oxford airport and 4 miles to Blenheim palace.

There are many attractions in the area which are well worth a visit. Oxford City Centre and Blenheim Palace are both only 8-10 minute drives from the house and each of them make a great day out with all the history, architecture, and culture to explore. The house isn’t far from the Cotswolds and Silverstone racing track. Head to the National Trust website to discover all the nearby properties in the area that also make a great day out.

If you’re a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food outlets in the local area. As well as an array of local pubs, coffee houses and fast-food outlets that are within walking distance, you can also choose from plenty of different cuisines including Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Thai, Indian and more.

Our kitchen-diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table comfortably seats five people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, Tumble dryer, oven, gas hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and more.

W/C

In the hallway of the house there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.

Living Room

Our good sized living room boasts a nice three seater sofa alongside two seater sofa to relax in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.

This additional space is a great alternative area for people to spill out into

Outdoor Area

The private garden is a great place to enjoy the sunshine. The area can be accessed through the back doors from the conservatory. There is a bin situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 & 2 (Double)

The master bedroom and second bedroom offers a luxurious double sized bed with an two bed side tables and large wardrobe. There is also a hairdryer available.

Bedroom 3 (Single)

The third bedroom has a bunk bed, with an wardrobe.

Family Bathroom & Toilet

The bathroom has a bath, a toilet, a sink, and a shower over the bath. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.

Parking

There are two off-street parking spaces in front of the house. There is also on-street parking outside the house for any additional vehicles. (Please be considerate of the neighbours)

This vacation home is located in Kidlington. Blenheim Palace and Rhodes House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Thames Path and Bicester Golf and Country Club.
