The property also has a splendid garden with plenty of outdoor furniture and a fire pit.

The living room area is thoughtfully furnished in a modern design and a light colour palette with a stone accent. The beautiful french doors allow plenty of natural sunlight to stream into the room, so you will find your mood lifted just by being there!

In the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable places to sit back and relax such as 2 sofas, 3 armchairs and 1 rocking chair, there truly is space for the whole group to fully relax and recuperate. There is also a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a baby grand piano and a wood-burning fireplace which is perfect for those winter months.

The french doors lead to the charming and expansive garden.

The stylish and well-functioning kitchen has the following kitchen appliances: a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, induction hobs, cooking basics and silverware.

Cook a delicious, homemade meal, gather everyone around the striking dining table and share that special moment together. Ensure you look out for the glider planes landing right outside! The dining area is suitable for up to 8 guests.

You will find an indoor jacuzzi bath and an outdoor hot tub, both perfect after a long day walking around Loch Leven, pour yourself a glass of your favorite beverage and feel those worries disappear as you sink into the bubbles. This property has football goals, a pool table, smart TVs, and board games. Try not to get too competitive!

OUTDOOR AREAS:
The property also has an expansive garden with plenty of space and different areas you can eat, drink and relax in. There's a fire pit, perfect for sitting around and chatting the night away. Get ready to whip up an incredible alfresco meal with the stone pizza oven and BBQ that are provided.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, and a toilet. The second bedroom also offers a comfy king size bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with twin beds.

Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom fitted with a bath, walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet available.
Laundry and Extra Appliances:
The property is also equipped with a washing machine, a drying machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and an ironing board for your convenience.

ALTIDO’s property is located near the town of Kinross and the popular Loch Leven and has various activities to keep you entertained.

Visit The Loch Leven Heritage Trail, a well signposted, 13-mile largely traffic-free path. This picturesque loch is a National Nature Reserve with an incredible range of wildlife, including tens of thousands of breeding and wintering birds. A beautiful must-visit place!

You can enjoy the splendid views that the Scottish Lowlands has to offer. Go for a hike on either the Lomonds, the Ochils or Benarty Hill.

If you are passionate about golf, then you should definitely visit Bishopshire Golf Club. Also,
there are two 18-hole golf courses at Kinross and a 9-hole golf course in Milnathort.

If you are a thrill-seeker then the Scottish Gliding Centre is a must-visit, where you can experience flying tuition and enjoy uninterrupted views while gliding through the air. Kinross is packed with quirky coffee shops where you can stop by.
