The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen with an electric range oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, a utility with a washing machine, a pantry and a living/dining room with a TV, woodburning stove and dining seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a zip/link super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a zip/link twin, and there is a ground-floor bathroom with a roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. Outside, there is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rental price. This property does not permit smoking, however, pets are welcome. For your local conveniences, there is a shop within 0.7 miles and a pub within 0.8 mile. A rural retreat to Yorkshire awaits at Rake Hey Farm.
