The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, integrated electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus kettle, toaster and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay, plus a dining table for 4 people with sea views over the Solent.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes, a sink and sea views over the Solent. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and sea views over the Solent. There is a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with a shower over the bath.
There is free on-street parking (limited time) and a free parking space for a small car in the courtyard behind this property. More free parking is a short walk away.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.
We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen.
We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can have a cuppa before unloading the car.

This is a top floor apartment so there are stairs to climb.
