Comprising one double bedroom with wardrobe and drawers. Separate sitting room with bed settee and desk/small table with chairs, free WIFI , kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Showeroom and toilet. Please note there are no kitchen facilites. Own entrance through rear of property, four steps to entrance. Use of shared back-garden with owner. The bed settee can be made up with bedding for an additional charge of £15/week.
We are close to Partick underground (tube) and Partick, Hyndland and Jordanhill railway stations approx. 15 mins walk. SEC, Hyro and Armadillo are one stop on the train from Partick. Numerous direct bus routes to the City Centre, University of Glasgow, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital close by. Glasgow airport is 15 mins drive away. Edinburgh is around 1 hour drive away (dependent on traffic) or 45 mins by train every 15 mins from Queen Street Station.
Easy access by car to M8, M74, Clyde Tunnel and to Loch Lomond.
Numerous shops, bars and cafes all within easy walking distance.
