There is also a kitchen, dining room with open fire, sitting room with open fire, snug with open fire and a drawing room with open fire. Outside you can find ample off-road parking alongside large lawned areas, formal gardens and wildlife ponds, a walled kitchen garden, orchard and over 15 acres adjoining the canal, with furniture, games, a barbecue and hot tub.
