The property accommodates up to 10 people in comfort - all with great quality beds and bedding.
There is a fully-fitted kitchen, two living rooms and a dining room for visitors to enjoy. There is also an enclosed garden with seating for more than 10 people and two charcoal barbecues.
Callander itself is a perfect base from which to explore the magnificent landscpe of the Loch Lomond 7 The Trossachs National Park.
There are hills, glens , lochs and rivers within walking distance of the house or within a short drive. The opportunities for hillwalking, cycling and wild swimming are many and varied.
Within walking distance of Annfield is the town centre of Callander with a good selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.

Located in Callander, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Rob Roy's Grave and Dunblane Cathedral are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Scottish Real Ale Shop and Scottish Antiques and Arts Centre. Blair Drummond Safari Park and Briarlands Farm are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
