No36, direct hills access, pet friendly, walks, views, Malvern

Worcestershire. Sleeps up to 5

Amazing setting with direct access to the Malvern Hills AONB. Perfect for a relaxing break with breathtaking views, peace and tranquility. Tons of character with comfortable, cosy furnishings. Beautiful tiered garden with established shrubs, private decking area, gated for pet security and provides direct access onto the hills trails. Recharge at this unique and tranquil getaway. After the success of Elkstone Studio with hot tub (also available), No36 has recently become available in this sought after location with direct access at the end of the garden on to the Malvern Hills and their many walks (the hills access from the garden may not be suitable for those with mobility problems.) This is an area of AONB and a fantastic spot for walkers and those of us seeking a special place to recharge, chill out and soak in the beautiful views. A truly unique and wonderful retreat. The stylish living room is full of character and includes 43inch Smart TV with Netflix, original open fire place with gas coal effect fire and gas central heat heating. The living room includes a quality small double sofa bed with spring mattress suitable for everyday use, enabling more flexible accommodation. There is easy open access to the separate dining area and quirky kitchen with a full size electric oven and hob, microwave, all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen back door opens to the rear pathway and steps with handrails up to the tiered, dog friendly enclosed neat garden with bistro table and chairs and private decking area. The open staircase from the living room leads to a small landing, new modern bathroom suite with electric shower, full size bath, waterfall taps and exposed brickwork. The gorgeous bedroom has truly stunning views and includes a beautiful king size bed with Posturepedic mattress, black-out curtains and electric blanket for maximum indulgence. A single futon is also in the bedroom, enabling 5 people to stay. Fresh towels and linen are always included at Number 36 which is comfortable and full of character in a simply stunning spot. I hope you will love this unique place as much as I do. The entire house is yours with the keys safely stored in the key safe box at the front door. The shed at the top of the garden is also for your use and has the sun deck loungers and extra storage space. The shed has a padlock but is used at your own risk. The spot is so tranquil, unique and a hidden gem that can be shared by everyone. Number 36 is in a relatively remote location in beautiful West Malvern. There is shared parking outside the front door but I can’t guarantee there will always be a space. Please note that the front road is narrow and one-way with a turning area to be kept free from parked cars, for emergency service/refuse collections/deliveries etc. There is always plenty more parking available on the main road. As we are on the hills, there is a 3 minute uphill walk from the main road so please bear this in mind. I live 5 minutes away and am always available by mobile or in person if you need any help at the end of the phone. There are also regular buses and taxis running into Great Malvern Town. Number 36 was originally built for the quarry workers on the hills.

Located in Malvern, this vacation home is in a rural area. Malvern Museum and Malvern Theatres are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at CJ's Old Grove Farm Shop and Westons Cider Mills. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Barnards Green Cricket Club or Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
