Private Floor for the Price of a Room, Aberdeen

Aberdeenshire. Sleeps up to 3

The area on offer is a warm haven for the on-the-go traveller.

Discover my well-appointed guest floor which is thoughtfully equipped for longer or shorter stays; you will find some basic kitchen appliances up there such as a mini fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, a very comfortable Latex and Pocket Sprung mattress for great airflow, unrivalled comfort and temperature regulation on a KING bed with Ottoman under bed storage, a SMALL DOUBLE sofa bed, all necessary linens & towels provided, spacious triple wardrobe with hangers, your own fully equipped shower room and toilet, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.

There are great transport links with a nearby bus stop for any travels to the city centre and many other bus routes are within a 5-10 minute walk for getting to almost all areas of Aberdeen.

I have two small dogs which will happily welcome you, if you are a dog lover - though I do keep them away from that floor of the house to limit dog hair etc so they won't invade your space at all, due to the pet gate at the bottom of the stairs leading to your floor.

This beautiful space is perfect for up to three people looking for a quiet place to stay in Aberdeen with a free continental breakfast and great transport links.

You will be asked to LFT test on arrival at no extra cost to you and I ask that you wear a mask when passing through communal areas only.

This apartment is located in Central Aberdeen, a neighborhood in Aberdeen, and is near theme parks. King's Museum - Old Town House and His Majesty's Theatre are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Academy and Bon Accord Centre. Satrosphere Science Centre and Rubislaw Quarry are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
