A two-bedroom duplex apartment on the river in the centre of St. Neots, Apartment 2 Marina Heights St. Neots has a view of the marina.

The apartment has a King-sized bed and a double bed. A balcony with views of the Marina and St. Mary Church is an added bonus in the master bedroom. This is a great place to decompress and unwind while enjoying a glass of wine or feeding the fish or ducks. The second bedroom features a double bed, a nightstand, and a set of drawers.

Two sofas, a table, and four seats can be found in the living room. This room has large patio doors that open to a Juliet balcony that overlooks the river, which gives it an airy, light feel. The best location for feeding ducks and swans. On top of that, we provide duck food. A TV with catch-up services like Iplayer and Freeview channels is mounted on the wall in the lounge.

The kitchen is compact but equipped with a washer, dryer, fridge freezer, oven and hob.

The shower room is located upstairs and includes a toilet, corner shower, vanity with a sink, and a towel rail on the wall.

One assigned parking place for the flat is located next to the property. If you require more parking space St. Mary's church just down the road has parking which is Pay and Display.
