Luxury City Centre Apartment In A Grade Two Listed Building, Norwich

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 2

A luxury city centre apartment with a mezzanine floor bedroom in a grade 2 listed building. My apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is in the city centre of Norwich, two min walk from the Castle and Cathedral 5 min from the railway station and amongst all the restaurants and night life in the centre of Norwich. Very modern clean and stylish.
This apartment is quite unique as it is set up in a building which was build in 1865 so it has lots of history and inside has a mezzanine floor, which gives him this unique setting and feel of luxury .
I provide luxury bedding and towels and essentials for breakfast milk, bread, tea, coffees, cornflakes ...
I always check in /out guests and i am always available to be contacted if needed .
The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking with hob ,cooking utensils pots /pans , microwave has washing machine /dryer .
Is free WiFi in the apartment .
In the sitting room there is a sofa bed which can be used for a max of 2 young children up to the age of 12 but i would say is not suitable for adults and also on the big window there is not a black out blinds so can be a bit light for sleeping on the sofa bed .
There is a clock room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs .
The apartment doesn't have a parking space although there is a two car parks in less then 5 min walk one is Castle Mall which is two min walk and the other one is Rose Lane which is 4 min walk and it cost max £8 for 24 hours .

This apartment is located in Norwich City Center, a neighborhood in Norwich. Norwich Castle and Royal Norfolk Regimental Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include James Stuart Garden and Megazone. The Plantation Garden and Sweetbriar Marshes are also worth visiting.

Explore the East of England

Not only the North Norfolk Coast with its vast beaches like Holkham, and salt marshes at Blakeney and Cley, the East of England offers historic Cambridge, Ely Cathedral, the calm beauty of the Broads, pretty villages of Suffolk and a variety of wildlife. It's no surprise it appeals to artists, photographers, cyclists and bird watchers.
