Bathrooms are spacious and immaculately finished.
Internally and externally the scheme is exceedingly well maintained.

No Party Policy:
There is a strict 21 and over policy. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please note that gatherings of persons over the number of registered guests are not allowed. Parties are not allowed in the apartments at any time and may result in the management requesting the offending party to vacate the premises without refund. Hen and stag parties are not permitted.

Unauthorised use of additional items:
Use of housekeeping equipment/ extra bedding left in the storing cupboard is forbidden, any additional use which has not been pre authorised will be charged for extra bedding use is charged at £10 per set per night.

Fittings, Fixtures and Furnishing:
All furnishing must be returned back to the correct room/place it was on check in. Any broken, missing items must be reported immediately failure to do so deductions will be made from your security deposit on departure.

Check Out Terms:

On Departure;

Rubbish is to be removed from the apartment and put into the bin room (this can be located on your booking confirmation)
Linen/Towels are to be left in the bathroom
Dishes are to be cleaned
Keys are to be returned to collection point

Failure to adhere to the above check out terms additional charges will apply of which will be taken from your deposit or requested in a claim via the platform you have booked from.

Unauthorised late check out £20.00 per hour.

We might ask you to provide you with the copy of ID of all guests.
