Bournecoast are delighted to offer this modern, one bedroom, ground floor apartment (the development was newly built in 2021) which is well equipped and perfectly located for a wonderful self catering holiday. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, just a five minute walk away from Bournemouth Square all the fabulous amenities of the town centre and only a ten minute walk to the sandy beaches.

THE APARTMENT:

This apartment has a Double bedroom with a King Size Bed (a HAIR DRYER is available).

Benefitting from a modern, open plan living space the lounge/diner has a sofa bed to sleep one or two and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - NETFLIX - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI / FIBRE BROADBAND is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge are patio doors which take you out to an enclosed courtyard area.

There is a modern kitchen area which has an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE.

This accommodation has a separate modern shower room with a toilet.

The apartment benefits from a small courtyard garden with artificial grass and table and chairs.

There is no allocated parking however free overnight road parking is available from 8pm to 8am Mon to Sat and free on Sundays and there is also a long stay car park a few minutes walk away in Madeira Road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed).

THE LOCAL AREA:
This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. Bournemouth Train station is just a ten minute walk away and there are bars and restaurants and a supermarket just a two to three minute walk away. This popular town offers everything you could hope for, whether it's watching the sunset on Bournemouth Beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre. Whilst en route to Bournemouth's seafront, just a ten minute stroll away, you can wander through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches.
