First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed, TV (for DVD use only) and DVD player.

Bedroom 3: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request).

No smoking. Please note: No children under 3 years old. . Rodwell Trail Cottage is the perfect place to stay as it’s in a great location. The Rodwell Trail footpath leads you towards the beach, just a 15-minute walk away, and there are many amenities within walking distance too. This property has a secluded garden, a spacious living area which leads to the kitchen where there is additional seating. There are plenty of areas to relax after a busy day exploring Weymouth with its busy promenade and award winning beach.
The harbourside with marina, just a 10-minute walk, is picturesque, and it is the perfect place to enjoy fish and chips in the afternoon. There are many things to do in Weymouth including Sandworld Sculpture Park, Jurassic Coast Safaris in a 4x4, water sports and boat tours. Visit the Weymouth Sealife Tower, which offers panoramic views of Weymouth, Portland bay and the Jurassic Coast. A short journey away is the Isle of Portland, where you can visit Portland Bill Lighthouse. During your stay in the Rodwell Trail Cottage you will not be short of fun days out. Beach ¾ mile. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant ½ mile.
