The Cottage is a newly completed two storey property providing a cosy base from which to explore what St Andrews has to offer.

On arrival there is a private parking area where you can park one car right outside your front door.

Once inside on your left hand side there is a door into a shower room and then you carry on into the semi-open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living space has a generous sofa and arm chair with a coffee table and a Sky "Glass" TV. There is a patio door that opens out onto a sheltered terrace area. There is a dining table and four chairs in a separate space to the left of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer.

The stairs to the first floor are at the end of the kitchen. There is a generous double bedroom with a king size zip and link bed which offers the option of twin beds if required. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and separate chest of drawers. There is a second bedroom with a single bed and a chest of drawers. Finally there is a lovely shower room.

Fairway Lodge is a compact property but it is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need for a wonderful stay.

This cottage is located in St. Andrews. British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Preservation Trust Museum and Garden are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include St. Andrews Aquarium and Cambo Estate Gardens. La Petite Epicerie and Scottish Fisheries Museum are also worth visiting.
