Whether it’s a break for the family or a group of friends, there’s room for everyone to kick back and relax in the spacious open-plan living room. It boasts a full-size pool table, open fire (with fire guard), retro arcade table, huge Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player, plus a large leather corner recliner sofa that seats 7-8.
The social space continues outside, with patio doors opening out to an enclosed garden with a hot tub and garden furniture.
Thatched Cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen area with AGA, and upstairs there are three spacious, beautifully-decorated bedrooms. The main bedroom features a super king bed, Juliette balcony, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. There’s also a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub, plus an extra shower room on the ground floor.

LOCATION
Enjoy the Angus rural life with a countryside walk or head into Dundee to visit the famous V&A Museum and other big city delights. The town of Broughty Ferry is equally close where you can enjoy a walk along the beautiful beach, check out the local shops and cafes, or visit Broughty Castle.
It’s also a great location for keen golfers, with many great championship courses within easy driving distance including Montrose Golf Links, Carnoustie Golf Links and The Old Course St Andrews.
Dundee Airport is 13 miles away.

The Thatched Cottage is set on a single track road in a country setting surrounded by horses, chickens and ducks. It is a tranquil setting to rest and relax. Not many cars passing.
A car is required for the location but buses and taxi's are available. There are nice paths surrounding the property for walking.
Please let us know if you wish to use the hot tub during your stay if not, it will not be prepared for your arrival.

This villa is located in Dundee. Claypotts Castle and Barry Mill are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Monifieth Golf Links and Downfield Golf Club. The Fun Factory and Battlefield Live Dundee are also worth visiting.
