All the utilities are switched on and included in the rate, bedroom and bathroom linen is provided, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to start cooking, the cushions are plumped, it’s sparklingly clean and everything is in full working order in order to accommodate you.

LIVING ROOM:

A delicate minimalist design is adorning the whole apartment. Equipped with a Smart TV, so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix, free high-speed Wifi and a sofa to kick back and relax.

BEDROOMS:

The two double bedrooms are cosy and spacious. The double beds are furnished with 2 comfortable pillows, duvet and mattress protector. Within each room is provided a spacious wardrobe with hangers and a nightstand. You can find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully equipped with a professional series gas hob and electric oven, fridge with ice box, appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster.
This means that you’ll be able to cook your favorite meals at all times.
Washing machine is also available.

BATHROOM:
Take a soak in the bathroom suite which has the option of a rain shower, we’ll even supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms. There is a separate toilet room.

Guest Access:
The entire property will be privately available for our guests.

We manage the whole building, and the only shared facilities would be entrance, lift or stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Shoreditch is London's capital of cool. Once the setting for Jack the Ripper's infamous murders, today this is a hip, urban area with trendy restaurants and tons of street art. It can also claim one of the best locations in London thanks to its proximity to just about everything. Its evolution into city darling has attracted a big population of tech companies (and the continually increasing cost of living has already driven several away).

Shoreditch is a good choice for foodies and craft beer aficionados. Bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafes line the streets. The area has the reputation of providing you with any food you want at any times, from food carts on the streets to Michelin-starred restaurants. Pizza East is one popular spot.

There is a mix of housing from many different kinds of buildings, giving you plenty of options in terms of budget and style. There You've got classic London townhomes, Victorian and Georgian style terraces, and warehouses and factories that have been turned into apartments.

Shoreditch has an independent streak when it comes to shopping: you won't find many chain stores here.
