North Oxfordshire holiday home in conservation area, Banbury

Mollington is quiet village on the County borders of Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire and is 4 miles from the town of Banbury.

The village has its own church which dates from the 13th century and a pub which is said to have connections with the civil war. The house itself is full of character with its stone inglenook fireplace and a wealth of beams. It has four bedrooms, a large kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, Lounge, entrance hall and downstairs cloakroom.
The garden is enclosed with plenty of garden furniture, there is also a brick built BBQ for you to enjoy meals outside.

Booking Notes:
We sometimes allow pets but it is essential that you ask before booking.
To secure your booking you will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of the total cost (non-refundable) and the remainder within 8 weeks of the booking date. Bookings with less than 8 weeks notice require full payment at time of booking. A refundable deposit of £200 may be asked for.
