LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN
The stunning living room has three comfy sofas and a roaring fireplace, perfect for a cosy family games night! The TV room has three sofas and a TV with full Sky Sports Package and Sky Movies. The bar room has a pool table, a TV with full Sky Sports Package and Sky Movies, a jukebox and a darts board to keep you entertained. The beautiful conservatory overlooking the garden has a corner sofa and a hanging egg chair. The large farmhouse kitchen has all the amenities including a Rangemaster stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. It also has a rustic dining table for up to 10 seats in front of another log burning fire. The breakfast island bar also seats up to 6 people for breakfast or drinks. There is an additional separate formal dining room which can seat up to 8 guests. There are three charming patios that all have al fresco dining facilities and a bbq that guests are welcome to use.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The house has 7 bedrooms. The master suite upstairs has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, seating area with a vanity unit and a TV. It also has a stunning ensuite marble bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms with king size beds (one of which is on the ground floor) two further double bedrooms, one twin bedroom with two single beds and one single bedroom (also on the ground floor). There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bathtub and overhead shower and two toilets on the ground floor with a shower also in the utility room on the ground floor.
Bathroom essentials and towels are provided as well as three hairdryers.

The property is also equipped with a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board provided for your convenience.
Guests will have full unrestricted access to the house, patio and garden. There is enough space for 7 cars at the parking in front of the property. Please note there are two other lodges on the property that will share the driveway.

The house has two floors. There is one staircase with 16 steps inside the property, 3 steps into the main front door and 5 steps down from the patio to the lawn in the garden. The ground floor has one king bedroom and one single bedroom, a walk-in shower and two separate toilets for any guests that have slight accessibility issues.
ALTIDO’s place is located in Kelty, Fife, a 30-minute drive away from Edinburgh and an hour drive away from Glasgow. St Andrews is only a 40 minute drive away.

HOUSE RULES:
ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

This is the perfect spot to explore the beautiful Scottish countryside with its green fields, picturesque lakes and thick forests. Blairadam Forest is right at your doorstep, while Dunfermline, the historic capital of Scotland, is only a 10-minute drive away, and so is Townhill Country Park where you can enjoy water skiing and water boarding at Town Loch and have a walk in Townhill Wood among century-old trees. There is a golf course 10 min from the house.

The house is located next to the M90 motorway, a 30-minute drive away from Edinburgh and an hour drive away from Glasgow.

There is enough space for 7 cars at the private parking in front of the property.

The property is professionally cleaned and hotel-quality linens and towels will be provided for your stay.

Guests are asked to be careful near the garden walls as they are old and listed.
